Synopsis The Ivey Business School, with over 1000 students and 300 faculty and staff, has earned international recognition for its teaching and research excellence. Students use laptops extensively for course work and during exams they generate Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel files. Previously, all exam documents were copied to floppy disks and submitted to school administrators. Extra staff and hundreds of hours were required to offload the documents from the floppy disks then print and organize the exams for grading. Ivey has selected Adlib's software products to automate the flow of exam material from the students to the professors eliminating the need for floppy disks. Students submit exam materials electronically to the School’s intranet where Express will automatically convert documents into secure, accessible PDF, merges them together and add a Cover Sheet for easy identification. This significantly reduces the time required to prepare exams for grading. The costs associated with extra temporary staff are also eliminated, making Adlib's workflow software solution a definitive added value.
